Lindsey Hensley

Clinical Risk Manager

Lindsey Hensley is a Clinical Risk Manager in Medical Risk Management. Her role includes surveillance, investigation, and review of patient adverse events, incident reports, and other indicators of potential exposure to the organization.

She is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master of Nursing degree, specializing in the Nurse Executive track. She has been with UK HealthCare since 2010. She worked at bedside providing care to medical- surgical patients and transitioned to ambulatory as a Nurse Manager for Pediatrics. She also has experience working with the Chronic Care Management Program (CCM) and the Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review Program (PASRR). 

Lindsey completed the UK HealthCare Executive HealthCare Leadership and Management Program (2016-2017).
