Risk Manager

Leah Hall is a Risk Manager and Registered nurse at UK King’s Daughters. In her role, she is responsible for risk surveillance, investigation, and the review and follow-up of patients adverse events. She oversees the organization’s incident reporting system and monitors indicators of potential legal, regulatory, and organizational exposure.

She has been with UK King’s Daughters since 2022 and brings a clinical background in Emergency Nursing. Her experience in high-acuity care settings enhances her approach to risk identification, event analysis, and process improvement. Leah holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Shawnee State University and is committed to promoting patient safety and proactive risk management across the organization.
