Jazel Kitchen

Risk Manager

Jazel Kitchen is a Risk Manager at UK King’s Daughters.  Her role includes surveillance, investigation, review of patient adverse events, overseeing the incident reporting system, and other indicators of potential exposure to the organization. 

She is a Registered Nurse and holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.  Jazel started her career at Southern Ohio Medical Center in 2010 where she provided care at the bedside of the orthopedic care unit then progressed to the role of patient educator for the organization’s joint replacement program. Jazel then accepted a position in Clinical Case Management where she served as Manager.  She joined UK King’s Daughters in 2022 as a Risk Manager.
