Jackie Long

Payment Officer

Jackie Long serves as Payment Officer for UKKD. She has over forty years of experience in administrative and operational functions in healthcare.

Ms. Long manages the payment process for physicians, as well as assisting with requests related to litigation matters. 

Before assuming her present position, she served as Credentialing Manager, Director Risk Manager, and Practice Director with the UKKD. She has wide-ranging experience in medical staff credentialing, risk management and practice management. 

Ms. Long has a B.S. in Health Sciences from Ohio University and a MBA from Franklin University.  She is certified as a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
