Medical Risk Management Litigation Paralegal

Ginger Herklotz is a Risk Management Litigation Paralegal in Medical Risk Management.  She has over thirty years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.

Ms. Herklotz is the primary paralegal contact for medical malpractice pre-litigation matters, as well as handling requests for depositions of and meetings with University providers. 

Before assuming her present position with the University in 2014, she was a medical malpractice defense litigation paralegal for attorney Kenneth W. Smith. She has extensive experience in both federal and state court matters. 

Ms. Herklotz has a B.A. in Political Science from Georgetown College. She is a Registered Paralegal (RP) and obtained her certification as a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) professional in 2016.
